“There is a lot of evidence that eating a lot, eating a little, eating whole foods, whole grains and whole fruits and vegetables, it makes you feel good,” she said.
“We just don’t think of eating whole, whole foods as a bad thing.
I think that’s a huge mistake.”
She said that the more she eats, the better her mental health is, and that if she had to choose one thing, she would want to eat healthy.
“I eat as much as I can, but when I eat, I like to eat it in moderation,” she says.
“A lot of people eat as little as they can, because they think they can get away with it, but they can’t.”
