High iron is one of the three most important minerals needed to maintain health.

But it also plays an important role in brain function.

The human body needs calcium to function properly and the body produces it through the body’s own synthesis of the mineral.

But a lack of calcium can cause low levels of zinc, which is why iron is so important.

A person with an average or below-average level of iron in their body can lead to high levels of free radicals, a process in which the body breaks down and releases dangerous chemicals.

A high intake of zinc also can cause a condition called hypercalcemia, which causes high blood pressure, low blood sugar and poor cholesterol levels.

High levels of iron can also lead to a condition known as hyperparathyroidism, which can result in poor blood sugar control and a weakened immune system.

The risk of having a disorder such as hypercalciferol deficiency (HPSD) increases with the amount of iron the person has.

It also is more common in people over 50, a group that is most at risk of developing HPSD.

Low zinc in the diet may also lead people to eat more sugar, which may increase the risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes.

The best way to prevent or delay iron deficiency is to avoid processed foods, such as sugary beverages and processed foods with added salt, and foods high in sodium, such and fast-food chains, the World Health Organization advises.
